Sunlok Technology has successfully obtained the IATF16949:2016 certificate

On May 8th, 2023, Sunlok received the IATF16949:2016 certification from the certification body "Quality Austria". To obtain this certification, all employees of the company went through countless trainings and worked day and night to submit the required system and on-site records, which were finally recognized by  Quality Austria.

Obtaining the IATF16949:2016 certificate is just a new starting point. In the future, we will strictly follow the requirements of the system and combine it with the AEC-Q200 product certification to provide automotive customers with more stable products and better services.

IATF16949 stands for Automotive Quality Management System Certification. It is a technical specification for the international automotive industry based on ISO 9001, with additional technical specifications for the automotive industry. This specification is fully consistent with ISO 9001:2015, but places more emphasis on defect prevention and reducing quality fluctuations and waste in the automotive parts supply chain.

The IATF16949:2016 standard was published on October 1, 2016, which is an important milestone in the development of automotive industry management system standards. The standard is usually revised every 6 to 8 years.
